Dry Creek Garden Company guarantees that our plants are healthy. Proper planting and care is key to maintaining that health.

• Watering Recommendations

• Evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs 7 gallon or larger are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase.
• Evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs 5 gallon are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
• Perennials, ornamental grasses, annuals, and bedding plants are not guaranteed.

Please note:

Trees or shrubs not properly planted or cared for will not be covered under this guarantee.

Damage from animal browsing, insects, disease, fire, lack of proper light or shade, drought, frost, freeze or other weather-related difficulties void this guarantee. 

Upon arrival to their new home water your plants carefully and protect them until they are planted. Please study the detailed instructions in our online planting guide and follow our watering recommendations.

Store credit will be given one time only with the original store receipt and the plant. Credit will not be given for sale or discounted items. Labor cost on replacement plantings performed by Dry Creek Garden Company, LLC will be charged according to our planting fee schedule.
