There are federal laws (NRS 527.101) governing the removal, destruction, abuse or possession of all conifers defined as Christmas trees, all cactus and all yucca in the State of Nevada. Such laws are meant to protect the wild places that remain. Thus, it is strongly advised that you attempt to aquire nursery stock of such plants.
